i appreciated the hotel promoting a pet-friendly setting, complete with toys and toiletries! the housekeeping staff, manish and men, were amazing because they cared for my pet. they thoroughly cleaned my room and left a lovely birthday message on the desk. breakfast was excellent as the staff remembered my name and my cappuccino preference.

I booked the staycation package. It covered brunch, the room, breakfast and a late checkout. What a deal indeed. Checking in and out was great, definitely money well spent. The reception staff were polite and attentive. I traveled with a group, and they made sure we had adjoining rooms.

The room had lots of space. The view of the marina was a bonus. I also found the staff to be very friendly. They were helpful from check-in to valet services.
The music from the rooftop made it impossible to sleep. I called reception and they offered us ear plugs. The extent of the music made the room vibrate. It reminded me of a nightclub. I found this unacceptable.

The breakfast was an excellent choice I enjoyed the spread at the Garage restaurant with views of the F1 track. The breakfast staff was courteous and attentive. Anas and Indeeka kept our rooms super clean each day their attention to detail was appreciated.
The room showers felt small it was difficult to enjoy a comfortable bathing experience. The air conditioning system could not be switched off it was hard to find a comfortable temperature. Music persisted throughout the night the noise impacted sleep quality.
